Pedagogical Practices for Organizing Simulation-Based Healthcare Education

Despite the positive findings on results of simulation-based health-care education, what truly makes it successful remains unclear. We do not know enough about when and how learning environment (SBLE) should be applied. Thus, specific aim this thematic-review study was to determine facilitators’ peda-gogical activities are in education process. For purpose, reviewed 83 previous studies which ped-agogical practices were explained or examined. Based literature review, pedagogical have been clearly linked facilita-tors’ before, during, after simulation. Most research has focused during educa-tion, especially debriefing phase. Some exam-ined pre-simulation activities, but concentrating facili-tators’ post-simulation is limited.
